one of two Microsoft updates, which caused issues with CrowdStrike's Falcon Sensor
security tool. This resulted in Windows devices experiencing blue screen crashes and

CrowdStrike has outlined steps to prevent similar incidents, including more
comprehensive testing, manual validation by local developers, and strengthened
